The Kaplan Orphanage has taken on this young lady. Her name is Madita and she's just transitioned to a teenager. Madita seems to have spent her whole life in several homes for children and never had anyone to bond with. Thus her personality has suffered a lot and Madita lives for the moment. Ms. Kelly is slowly trying to change that but of course noone wants a teenage girl as a new addition to his family so Madita faces spending her days in the orphanage until she's of legal age to move out on her own. Her background is unknown but she seems to be of Simdinavian heritage.
Representative for quite a few college students who are currently filing the immigration papers to PirriBeach and the surrounding neighbourhoods we introduce to you Ms. Alexandra Dawson. She's currently in her first semester at Vezz Island college and plans to move to PirriBeach once she's graduated. One of her fellow students, Mr. Dante Draper, has already done so and moved to Church's Edge 2, right next to Ms. Lizzie Kaplan. He married a local street artist named Alana Byrd and waits for his highschool sweetheart Silvia Sobiesky to graduate so he can marry her as well.
