Pirri Beach Census, Year One

PirriPirri Beach is a neighbourhood by the shores of Vezz Island. Vezz Island was and always has been ruled by the Easton family. In 2009 head of the family Harold Easton decided, they wanted their private Beach inhabited by other Sims, too. Every family moving here has to undergo strict examination before being approved. There were six families permitted. and moved in to houses according to their wealth or lack of. Now, in 2012, the heir of the Easton family held the first census since starting the project.

PirriPirri Beach is inhabited by a total of 32 living Sims in 8 households. 16 are underage, the other half adult Sims.
It's 10 male Sims, the remaining 22 are female. After the Eastons realized the male-female ratio was short to assure a spouse for every female they installed a religious cult ('Eastonic') that permits polygamy.
As it's the way with cults, there's always a counterpart. Just recently Ms. Aurora Valon founded a cult that accepts only female priestesses that remain unmarried but are allowed to procreate. The Eastons accept the 'Valonics', as they keep more of the Ladies out of the way.

All in all life in PirriPirri is still quiet and the families are quite close knit. After a full circle (four seasons) the Eastons will reconsider applications for properties in Pirri Beach and will hold another Census then.
